EZ TRADES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does the EZ Trades app cost money?

No!  The app is 100% free for both Pros and customers alike.   The customer will pay when they schedule a call with a Pro.  If the call is cancelled for any reason, the customer will be refunded.

How does the video call work on my phone?

The video call is completely encompassed within the app.  It is not a phone call.  Neither party has access to the phone number of the other.

Does the app work between Apple and Android?

Yes! Unlike Facetime or an Android video call, the app is fully integrated to make a video call between any two devices, regardless of operating system.
